Orders are handcrafted and dispatched within 7-10 days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

₹79 anywhere in India. Free on orders over ₹1,499.

Returns and refunds

Because each piece is handmade to order, we accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items. Reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full.

• Damaged or incorrect: send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
• Changed your mind: because every piece is made to order for you specifically, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. If you catch us before it ships, we will cancel and refund.
• Cancellations: free any time before dispatch, from your order page or your account.
• Refund timing: 5-7 working days back to the original payment method.
• Slight colour variation: yarn is dyed in small lots, so shades shift a little between batches. This is not a fault and is not covered by returns.

Caring for your piece

• · Dust bouquets and wall hangings with a dry brush or a hairdryer on cool.
• · Coasters and scrunchies can be hand washed cold, then dried flat.
• · Keep jewellery dry and store it flat so the petals hold their shape.
• · Direct sun for months on end will fade any dyed yarn. These fade far slower than most.
